Had an MOT today and was due to pick the car up but got held back by a critical meeting at work. Phoned up, explained the situation and although it was an exceptional circumstance, Kenny was willing to keep the workshop open a little longer to make sure I could collect the car tonight. Couldn't have asked for more and I'm certain most other places would have refused me instantly. Big thank you to Kenny and the team :)
